How long does delivery take?

We aim to process, prepare and package all UK orders placed within 24-48h from when you place your order (Please allow an extra 3-5 working days processing time for large / bulk orders).

If you select Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout, your order should arrive within 1-2 days. If you select Royal Mail Tracked 48, your order should arrive within 2-3 days.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Shortly after you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email with all of the details, and should receive a second email with the dispatch and tracking information within 24H.

If you have not received either your order confirmation email or email with the tracking details please contact us via the website support form or Instagram DM @glowtanuk .
